How do I cancel an order on dmr-india.com?
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
For outright cancellations by you:
– If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the amount. There will be a 3% cancellation fee.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:
– Once the product is dispatched, the order can not be cancelled. To cancel pls call our customer care on 077759 11000 | 077758 11000. There will be a 3% cancellation fee.
No Refund available
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please report within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach on our customer care at 077759 11000 | 077758 11000 or email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be provided in case damaged product / defective product is delivered. In such case shipped product will be returned first and a new replacement will be provided after receiving back original product along with all packaging and contents.
Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
Apart from the condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
• Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
