➔ Parts Covered Under Warranty Parts covered under warranty are Wash Motor, Wash/Spin Timer, Program Selector, Belt & Capacitor.

➔ Parts Not Covered Under Warranty All Body Plastic Parts (including Knobs) are not covered under warranty. Any breakage / leakage is not covered in warranty.

➔ Process of Availing Free Spare Supply Warranty In case of any malfunctioning / defect of your spinner – follow below process to avail warranty claim:

1. First contact your nearby technician who will identify the defect in the machine. (Please note that – DMR will not provide any technician, also DMR will not be able to identify / nominate any technician).

2. Call DMR Customer Care Numbers to inform about spare parts which is not in working condition / defective / needs replacement.

3. DMR Customer Care will determine – as per company policy whether old parts need to be sent back to DMR – for providing replacement.

4. If required send back old part to DMR for verification.

5. DMR will dispatch the New Part at your registered address and provide you details of dispatch.

6. In case your machine is under warranty period of 1 year – spare parts replacement will be provided without any charge.

7. If your machine is out of warranty – replacement of parts will be provided on chargeable basis.

8. On Receipt of spare part at buyer’s registered address – buyer has to get it replaced through local nearby technician.

9. All disputes are subject to Pune jurisdiction only.
